Where are your uniforms produced?
We source our uniforms from companies all over north America to find the best value and highest quality. We customize the uniforms to your specifications in our own shop in London, Ontario.
What are your minimums to place an order?
As we do screen print, we require a minimum charge for 12 prints to be able to go ahead with your order. Depending on how many jerseys you require and what your design entails, we may be able to cut your logo and therefore lower the minimum. Please contact us at [email protected] if you do have any questions about your order.
What happens when I complete my order on your webstore?
Once we receive your completed order with payment confirmation, we will contact you immediately at the email you provided in the order process. We will need to confirm player names, numbers, logo designs, etc. Once we have all of this info, we will start the process of customizing your new uniforms.
How long is the process to get my uniforms?
Because of the many different jersey types and colours, we do not stock any uniforms. We have partnered with a select few manufacturers who stock all their uniforms which allows us to place and order for your uniforms and have them delivered to us within 3-5 business days.(Of course there is always a chance our manufacturers could be out of stock on some items) Once we receive the uniforms, we begin the jersey customization with the info you have provided. The whole process generally takes anywhere from 7-15 business days to have them ready to ship.
Can I come to your shop?
For sure! We have a full retail showroom located at 1027 Clarke Road Unit J in London, Ontario.
Do you do uniforms for school teams?
You bet! We have done uniforms for elementary schools as well as high schools in the London area. We can offer your school team several options to fit in your budget as well as style. We are an approved Thames Valley District School Board vendor as well as London Catholic District School Board.
What does "JATT" stand for?
"JATT" is the first letter of our employees who do the work on your uniforms. We are a family owned and operated business who love sports and what they accomplish for the athletes and their families.
Do you sponsor individual teams?
Unfortunately, we do not sponsor individual teams. With the amount of teams we sell uniforms to, we feel it is not fair to our customers to pick one team over the rest.
Do you ship your uniforms?
We ship our uniforms all over Canada. All you have to do is send us what you are looking for and we will issue a detailed quote. Once you are satisfied with the mock up, we will produce it and ship it to you via. We utilize UPS, Canada Post, and Fed Ex for our shipping depending on location, time frame, and customer budget. If you have a preference, please let us know in advance. Jatt Sports can not be held responsible for shipping delays once we ship out your uniforms.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, money orders and company cheques. Because of the custom nature of the uniform business. We do require full payment for your order before we commence the production of your uniforms.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes of course! We ship all of our items to the US via Canada Post Expedited Parcel-US which generally takes anywhere from 4-10 business days to arrive to you. Please be advised their could be an import duty charge applied to your delivery once it crosses the US border.
What is a "Sublimated Twill Crest"?
Sublimation is a process where the colours of your logo are impregnated into the crest giving the crest a full colour look. These crests will withstand the industrial washing that uniforms require. All you need to do is send us your artwork and we will create the crest and have your logo sublimated into the crest and then we sew on the crest to give your hockey jersey the professional look you are looking for.
